By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application, APK file, or web service provided by Rakib Hasan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately uninstall the app and cease using our services.

• You represent that you are at least 13 years old or have obtain parental consent to use our applications.
• You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes in compliance with all local, national, and international laws.

Rakib Hasan grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal license to download, install, and use the application on your Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• No Decompiling: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the applications.
• No Unauthorized Distribution: You may not modify, repackage, sell, lease, or redistribute our APKs or source code without explicit written approval from Rakib Hasan.
• All logos, graphics, icons, custom UI assets, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Rakib Hasan.

For apps featuring reward points, coin economies, quiz rewards, or payout withdrawals (e.g. AdsToEarn, MCQ Battle), users must comply with our strict Anti-Cheating and Anti-Fraud policies:

• Fair Play Only: The use of auto-clickers, emulators, VPNs, proxy networks, multiple account creation, or ad-blockers to fraudulently inflate points or watch rewarded video ads is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Verifications: Reward payouts (via bKash, Nagad, Mobile Recharge, or Telegram) are subject to manual audit. Any account flagged for fraud will forfeit all accumulated point balances and face permanent ban.

Our apps may display third-party advertisements served by **Google AdMob** or contain links to external third-party websites or services.

• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party ad content, websites, or services.
• Interacting with third-party ads or purchasing external products/services is solely at your own risk.

All mobile applications and services are provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• Rakib Hasan does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Android device model or OS version.
• In no event shall Rakib Hasan be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our applications.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate user accounts immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in activities damaging to our platforms.

We also reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any application or feature at any time without prior liability.
